About this role

Astera Labs is seeking an HR Operations & People Analytics Lead to scale HR infrastructure during a period of rapid growth. This individual contributor role integrates HR operations, systems, process execution, and workforce analytics to build a scalable, data-driven function. The candidate will optimize HR workflows, ensure data integrity across systems, and develop insightful reports to support business leaders.

Responsibilities

Own and execute core HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle
Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent processing of employee data across systems
Build and maintain HR dashboards and recurring reports on workforce metrics
Partner with stakeholders to optimize HR workflows and system integrations
Identify and resolve process gaps to improve efficiency and data accuracy
