HR Specialist & Office Manager

The HR Specialist & Office Manager is responsible for overseeing HR processes and managing daily office operations for the Washington DC team in a fast-growing, defense-oriented environment. The role serves as the central point of contact for employees on HR matters and office needs while helping to shape company culture and employee experience. It requires close collaboration with leadership and the Israel HR team to support organizational goals and maintain a positive workplace. This is a fully on-site role based in McLean, Virginia, Monday through Friday.
