About this role

The HR Analyst will optimize HR processes and enable data-driven decision-making by acting as a subject matter expert on HR systems and reporting. This role collects, analyzes, and interprets HR data to provide actionable insights, supports Workday administration across Benefits, Payroll, and HCM, and partners with People Operations and cross-functional teams on projects and audits. The position operates in a fast-paced environment focused on process improvement, compliance, and reporting for HR and business stakeholders.
