Human Resources Associate

The Human Resources Associate supports the day-to-day operations of the HR department in a fast-paced environment, focusing on employee engagement, employee transactions, payroll processing, and HRIS support using UKG. This role acts as an HR Ambassador, maintaining visibility and trust across a geographically dispersed workforce while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies. The position requires travel to regional offices and job sites to provide in-person HR support, facilitate onboarding, and reinforce company culture.
