Human Resources Director

This position provides comprehensive Human Resource expertise to Columbia Gorge Community College, overseeing payroll, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations to meet business objectives and legal compliance. The role involves directing HR-related information dissemination, managing labor relations, and ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal employment laws. It also includes supervising recruitment efforts, administering leaves of absence, and supporting the college's mission of equity and inclusion.
