About this role
This HR Manager will support and manage local HR operations across assigned offices, working closely with the Director of Human Resources to ensure compliance and positive employee relations. The role is responsible for administering HR programs, supporting multi-site needs, and providing decision support through HR metrics. This is a full-time, exempt position with a hybrid schedule based at the Phoenix HQ and travel up to 25% as required.
