Human Resources Specialist

This role serves as a specialist in performing complex human resource functions across multiple core areas, including recruiting, compensation, benefits, and employee relations, while supervising a small staff. The position manages Dallas County’s FMLA, ADA, and leave of absence programs in partnership with a third-party administrator. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of federal and state leave and accommodation laws along with experience administering complex leave programs.
