This role leads end-to-end deployments of a Student Information System (SIS) platform for higher education institutions, managing project timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through go-live. The position serves as a subject matter expert in higher education operations and compliance, configuring systems to support regulatory requirements and leveraging AI-driven tools for data migration and analytics. Additionally, the role focuses on client success by delivering training, building consultative relationships with university leadership, and identifying opportunities for platform expansion and revenue growth.
