Import Supervisor

The Import Supervisor oversees daily air and ocean import operations at JAS, ensuring accurate shipment processing and compliance while supporting the Import Manager. This role serves as a key liaison between operations teams and leadership, managing workflows, documentation, and vendor coordination to maintain high service standards. The incumbent provides guidance and supervision to Import Specialists, monitors team performance, and resolves escalated customer or operational issues.
