About this role
The Incentive Design Specialist will join a global Incentive Design team to translate business strategy into fair, scalable incentive plans that drive performance across Sales and select non-Sales populations. The role focuses on designing, improving, and governing Sales Incentives, the Annual Incentive, and aspects of Long-Term Incentives in partnership with Sales and business leaders. This position is based in Cambridge, MA and expected to work onsite.
