Individual Giving Manager

The Individual Giving Manager oversees annual and mid-level fundraising efforts, manages donor relationships, and supports the growth of the fundraising team at Planned Parenthood of Portland and Western Washington (PPCW). This role involves developing data-driven strategies to acquire, retain, and increase support from individual donors while managing a portfolio of mid-level donors through personalized outreach and stewardship. The position also includes supervising team members, fostering a collaborative environment, and contributing to the organization's mission of providing essential sexual and reproductive health care and support.
