Infrastructure Operations Manager

The Infrastructure Operations Manager will lead the overall infrastructure operations environment for the Transportation Team, overseeing system uptime, maintenance windows, and disaster recovery support. This role directs daily NOC/SOC activities, ensures compliance with availability, incident, and change management processes, and coordinates proactive remediation with system, network, and storage engineers. The position requires 8–10 years of IT operations leadership experience, a bachelor's degree in IT Systems or Engineering, and a Public Trust – Moderate Risk clearance.
