Instructor/Observer Trainer (I/O)

This position supports the Army Medical Simulation Training Center by planning and delivering instruction and validation in accordance with military medical and operational doctrine. The role involves instructing a mixed population of Soldiers in classroom and field environments, utilizing high-fidelity simulation scenarios to assess critical thinking and psychomotor skills. The Instructor/Observer Trainer is responsible for teaching, demonstrating, and testing skills across various medical sustainment and emergency response courses.
