Intern, Workplace Design (Winter 2026)

The Workplace Design Intern at Wealthsimple supports architectural documentation and workplace design initiatives across active office projects and the existing real estate portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Real Estate Operations, the role is a hands-on opportunity to apply design and technical skills within a corporate real estate environment. The intern will gain exposure to how workplace strategy, design, and operations intersect while contributing to the creation of physical spaces that shape Wealthsimple’s culture and employee experience. This position is based in Wealthsimple’s Toronto headquarters.
