Internal Account Manager

The Internal Account Manager at IDEX handles incoming orders and acts as a primary point of contact between sales, customers, and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on maintaining and growing relationships within existing accounts while providing timely updates on pricing, shipping, and issue resolution. After initial training and occasional on-site needs, the position is primarily remote.
