An HR Automation Intern on NXP's People Operations, Programs & Analytics team will contribute to advancing HR through automation, analytics, and process improvement. The role centers on leveraging technologies such as RPA, machine learning, and NLP to support automation initiatives and their adoption. The internship is based in the Netherlands and is available as a part-time or full-time (32/40 hours) assignment for six months or longer.
