IT Change Manager (Change Enablement)

The IT Change Manager will play a key role within the Enterprise Service Management team, ensuring that changes to IT services, systems, and infrastructure are implemented in a transparent, risk-aware, and controlled manner. This position focuses on enabling change safely and efficiently by managing the Change Enablement process, coordinating the Change Advisory Board, and supporting compliance with governance and audit requirements. The role involves collaborating with various IT teams to establish standard changes, analyze metrics, and continuously improve reporting and process guidelines.
