About this role
The IT Operations Specialist I (P2) on Cloudflare’s Global AskIT Service Desk is an onsite Bengaluru-based member of the IT organization focused on supporting the company’s global employee technology needs. The role operates on a variable shift schedule to maintain 24x7 coverage and works closely with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable technology experiences. This position is fully onsite and reports to the IT Service Desk Manager or Lead for the region.
