About this role

As an IT Software Engineer in the Orchestration AI Development team, you will build foundational components of NICE's internal AI platform, including the integration layer, agent orchestration engine, and RAG pipelines. This full-stack role requires designing production-grade AI systems that connect enterprise tools and enabling developer productivity through robust infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with architects and DevOps teams to deliver autonomously deployed solutions used daily by hundreds of colleagues.

Responsibilities

Build core components of AI platform including integration layers and agent orchestration engines
Develop production-grade RAG pipelines with hybrid search and context assembly
Design and implement model gateways uniting multiple large language model providers
Create robust developer tooling and SDKs for internal consumption
Manage vector database infrastructure and optimize indexing strategies
