An IT Support Analyst at Hiya is responsible for delivering high-quality IT support to employees in Seattle and across North America, handling day-to-day IT operations including end-user support, device management, and SaaS tooling administration. This role also plays a critical part in supporting the company’s security and compliance efforts by assisting with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits, gathering and validating evidence from various systems, and collaborating with security teams. The IT Support Analyst will spend a significant portion of their time on IT support, while also gaining exposure to security best practices and compliance initiatives.
