IT Technical Support - Level 1

As the first point of contact for IT support, this role helps colleagues remain productive, connected, and secure by managing incidents and service requests from initial contact through to resolution. The position combines customer service, practical troubleshooting, and accurate administration within a modern IT service-management environment. It involves providing first-line support, managing user accounts and access, and maintaining end-user equipment and systems.
