ITSM Platform Developer / Administrator

This role serves as a key technical resource within IT Operations, responsible for designing, configuring, and continuously improving the Freshservice ITSM platform to enable scalable, ITIL-aligned service management. The position expands into IT Asset Management, IT Operations Management, and Configuration Management to establish foundational capabilities across these areas. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in automation, integration, and platform engineering with the ability to support and optimize day-to-day platform operations.
