Job Readiness Coach/Case Management

The Job Readiness Coach & Case Manager provides comprehensive job readiness instruction, individualized case management, and career coaching to young adults aged 18–24 in the Career Exploration and Employment Preparation Program (CEEP). The role supports participants in developing essential skills for employment, advancing into occupational training, earning credentials, or pursuing post-secondary education. Responsibilities include delivering job readiness training, conducting case management, facilitating workshops, and tracking participant outcomes.
