Kitchen Manager

The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the POM Restaurant, overseeing all aspects of the kitchen in a successful manner as directed by the Executive Chef. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory and food costs, and ensuring the preparation of food meets contemporary nutritional and health requirements. The position requires effective communication, staff training, and the ability to develop flexible schedules to control labor costs.
