Kitchen Manager

The Kitchen Manager leads, trains, and supports the kitchen team to maintain strong performance and morale while overseeing breakfast operations and assisting with night shifts. This role ensures high-quality food preparation, maintains strict food safety and sanitation standards, and manages daily kitchen operations for smooth service. The position also involves collaborating with the Chef and management on menu development, cost control, and special events.
