Kitchen Supervisor

The Kitchen Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the heart-of-house hierarchy, bridging daily kitchen execution with upper culinary management. This position oversees food production quality, guides the Food and Beverage team, and provides mentorship and training to staff. The role reports directly to the Sous Chef and steps in to lead line operations in their absence.
