Kitchen Supervisor

The Kitchen Supervisor leads daily Back of House operations at Mr. West Cafe & Bar in Downtown Seattle, overseeing kitchen team members and ensuring food quality and safety standards. This role involves coordinating staffing and scheduling with the Café Manager while maintaining efficient daily kitchen operations across breakfast, lunch, and happy hour service. The position reports to the Director of Operations and focuses on developing team members and creating a positive, accountable work environment.
