Kitchen Team Member

This role involves leading the kitchen team in the preparation and execution of all menu items while maintaining food safety standards and managing labor and food costs. The position requires partnering with the General Manager to recruit, train, and retain a kitchen team, as well as ensuring the restaurant remains clean and organized. Team members are expected to handle daily opening, mid, and closing procedures and monitor kitchen equipment for proper repair.
