Knowledge Center Team Lead

The Knowledge Center Team Lead supervises a team of Tier I agents supporting external users of a Department of War agency's mission applications. This role is responsible for real-time team performance, coaching, quality assurance, and managing escalations to internal resolver groups. The position serves as the senior technical resource for complex application issues and drives continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimization.
