Knowledge Governance Lead

This founding role establishes knowledge governance for Netflix's Talent organization, defining content standards, taxonomy, and AI-readiness strategies across the Netflix Knowledge Platform and external documentation. The position requires influencing cross-functional teams to adopt governance models while building a metrics-driven approach to content health and discoverability. You will shape the long-term strategy for how knowledge supports the company at scale and design workflows that integrate AI-assisted content creation and review.
