Lab Technician

This role involves performing waived, moderate, or highly complex laboratory tests in accordance with CLIA regulations and facility procedures. The position requires independent judgment to analyze patient samples across various disciplines, including Hematology, Chemistry, and Microbiology, while ensuring quality control and accurate result reporting. The technician will also maintain laboratory equipment, assist in policy development, and may serve as a Lead Tech in the absence of supervision.
