Laboratory Technician

This role involves performing waived, moderate, and highly complex laboratory tests in accordance with CLIA regulations and hospital policies. The position requires independent judgment in various disciplines such as Hematology, Chemistry, and Microbiology, while ensuring accurate patient results and maintaining equipment. The technician will also assist in developing laboratory procedures and may serve as a Lead Tech in the absence of supervision.
