Law Clerk

MHS is seeking a 3rd year law clerk to assist its Orange County office on a part-time basis, providing hands-on experience in employment litigation defense. The role involves working closely with attorneys on various matters, including single-plaintiff employment lawsuits, wage and hour class actions, and PAGA matters. This position offers opportunities to gain litigation experience through involvement in hearings, mediations, depositions, and other proceedings.
