Senior Attorney

MHS is seeking a Senior Attorney with 5+ years of wage & hour litigation experience to lead the defense of FLSA collective actions, PAGA, and related litigation. This role involves developing case strategy, managing complex discovery, and providing client counseling on wage-and-hour compliance and litigation risk. The ideal candidate will independently manage sophisticated matters and mentor junior attorneys within a national labor and employment law firm.
