Senior Attorney

MHS is seeking a Senior Attorney with 5+ years of wage & hour litigation experience, including class and collective actions, to lead complex employment litigation matters. This role involves developing case strategy, managing discovery, and providing client counseling while handling FLSA collective actions and PAGA claims. The ideal candidate will independently manage sophisticated matters and mentor junior attorneys within a national labor and employment law firm.
