Cross River is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to partner with Talent Management to build, launch, and elevate talent initiatives across the employee lifecycle. The role reports to the Head of Talent Management and supports programs such as onboarding, performance management, promotions, and employee experience. The consultant will serve as an internal learning expert, collaborate with SMEs and HRBPs, and help improve learning offerings and outcomes.
