About this role

The Lead Advocacy Officer will oversee federal policy, government relations, and family and community mobilization teams to execute an integrated advocacy agenda that advances ZERO TO THREE’s mission. Reporting to the Chief Policy Officer, this role will lead strategic planning, coalition building, and communication efforts with stakeholders, Congress, and the Administration, while supervising a team of directors and specialists.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of federal and state advocacy campaigns
Supervise and mentor policy advocates and government relations team
Develop and deliver policy briefs, testimony, and communications for stakeholders
