Lead End User Support, Mining/Mineral Processing

The Lead, End User Support will build and lead the delivery of IT end user support services across corporate offices and global project sites, standing up the internal support function from the ground up. This role manages a team of support technicians, defines support processes and standards, and serves as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.
