Lead Line Cook

The Lead Line Cook manages planning, staffing, and training for the Back of the House, supporting the Range Café and Clubhouse events under the direction of the Sous or Executive Chef. This role assists in preparing and executing finished dishes for guests while ensuring quality and consistency in all kitchen operations.
