About this role

This Product Manager on the Care Foundations team will build and deliver member- and agent-facing experiences that support therapy and service delivery, enabling human agents to work at the top of their training and licensure. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, Care Foundations, the role focuses on improving efficiency, member satisfaction, and cost containment through product-led solutions. The position is hybrid and based in San Francisco.
