Lead Solution Engineer (f/m/d)

The Lead Solution Engineer at Taktile is responsible for guiding customers in optimizing and automating their decision-making infrastructure using cutting-edge AI technology. This role involves managing high-stakes proof-of-value projects, collaborating with customer teams to understand their strategic goals, and translating technical requirements into scalable solutions. The Lead Solution Engineer will also influence Taktile's product roadmap and mentor peers while ensuring excellent customer experiences throughout the entire lifecycle of Taktile’s services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Python, APIs, and modern AI models, particularly within the financial services domain.
