Lead Systems Programmer

The Lead Systems Programmer is responsible for driving and evolving the core engine systems that underpin the studio’s games, with a focus on stability, performance, and scalability across PC and current-generation consoles. This hands-on role combines high-level technical ownership with people management, including mentoring and career development of a team of engineers. The position operates with significant autonomy within the project’s technical direction while collaborating closely with other technical leaders and producers. It is based in Stockholm and embedded in a creative, inclusive game development environment.
