RTX
The Environment, Health & Safety Leadership Development Program (LDP-EHS) at RTX is a two-year rotational early-career program beginning June 2026 that places participants in two 12-month assignments across the U.S. It targets professionals with 2–4 years of experience (or a master’s with 3 years) and provides structured training, mentoring, and career development to prepare graduates for EH&S leadership roles. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and willing to relocate for all rotations.
