Learning and Development Manager

The Learning and Development Manager will lead a team of trainers and instructional designers to design, deliver, and manage employee training programs across the credit union, including onboarding, technical, compliance, and leadership development. This role oversees the learning management system, ensures training quality and compliance, and collaborates with leaders to address performance gaps.
