The Leave Program Specialist is a Total Rewards team member who serves as the organization’s subject matter expert on paid and unpaid time-away programs. The role supports organizational compliance with federal and state leave laws and helps align leave policies across a not-for-profit healthcare network. This position is remote-eligible for residents of WI, MN, and IA and may require occasional on-site presence in La Crosse or Green Bay, WI.
