Lebanese Chef (Garde Manger)

The Lebanese Chef (Garde Manger) is responsible for preparing, presenting, and maintaining a wide variety of Lebanese cold dishes, salads, mezze, and appetizers in accordance with hotel standards and HACCP food safety guidelines. The role ensures quality, authenticity, and timely service for daily menus, buffets, banquets, and à la carte offerings while coordinating with other kitchen sections and managing inventory and waste.
