The Licensed Life Insurance Advisor at PolicyMe supports customers across Canada by guiding them through life, critical illness, and health & dental insurance options using a fully digital platform. The role focuses on handling qualified inbound leads, helping prospective and existing clients navigate the buying and renewal process, and ensuring a transparent, customer-first experience. As part of a fast-growing, remote-first startup, the advisor contributes to refining processes and enhancing the overall customer journey. The position may sit within either the Sales or Retention team, depending on business needs.
