Lifeguard

This role is responsible for maintaining safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas while creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all individuals. The position requires building relationships with members and program participants through effective communication and promoting safety in accordance with YMCA policies. The incumbent must actively monitor the aquatic environment, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
