Local Executive Director

The Local Executive Director serves as the chief executive for the SAG-AFTRA Portland and Seattle Locals, overseeing operations, member outreach, and the negotiation and enforcement of collective bargaining agreements. This role involves leading negotiations with industry stakeholders, managing local budgets, and supervising staff to ensure compliance with union governance and national strategies. The position requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to cultivate relationships with diverse internal and external partners.
