Loss Mitigation Liaison I

This role serves as the Single Point of Contact for loss mitigation processes, managing delinquent mortgage loans and foreclosures from initial contact through case resolution. The SPOC coordinates with consumers to understand financial situations, explain investment waterfall requirements, and facilitate reviews of loss mitigation options while adhering to strict regulatory compliance. Candidates must effectively communicate over the phone and maintain internal control standards throughout the portfolio.
